We offer a 1-hour initial consultation and preliminary written advice for a fixed fee of $220, including GST. Our advice can include:
your obligations as an employer when hiring or dismissing staff, paying employee entitlements, or making changes in the workplace
your options as an employee if you have been unfairly dismissed, denied an entitlement under an employment contract, award, or enterprise agreement, or involved in a workplace dispute
if applicable, the issues that might arise in pursuing or defending a claim
how we can help if you decide to go further and, if so, the estimated cost.

Please note there are strict deadlines for some claims, such as the 21-day deadline for making an unfair dismissal application to the Fair Work Commission, and we cannot take responsibility for deadlines unless you have formally engaged us to represent you.
