Theodorsen Industrial Relations is a Western Australian firm that provides advice and practical assistance on employment and industrial relations matters. The company was established in 2004.

John Theodorsen is an experienced industrial relations adviser and advocate. He has many years of experience in industrial relations, human resources and management, working with employers, employees and employer organisations. John regularly advises and represents clients in matters in the Fair Work Commission and WA Industrial Relations Commission. John completed a law degree at Curtin University in 2023.

John has a background in industrial relations, government, non-profit organisations and vocational education and training. John’s professional career has involved:

John is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia.
